From November 5, 2009 to August 25, 2011, Acting as the agent of ACT Operators Group for Nanhai Faxian FPSO entering into and leaving port declaration of FPSO, issuing the navigational warning, arrangement and coordination of piloting tug, navigation safety assessment, berthing or hauling off arrangements, as well as reporting of crew member embarking and disembarking during repair period and declaration of spare parts.
